Tuesday, April 11, 2006
Chef Michael J. Ditchfield, instructor of food and hospitality management/culinary arts in Penn College's School of Hospitality, was the spring semester's final speaker in Student Activities' "My Last Words" series Tuesday night. Appearing in Penn's Inn, Ditchfield urged audience members to realize their individual significance, recounting numerous examples of how personal involvement can have widespread impact. The enlightening program, which will continue in the Fall 2006 semester, allows select faculty toenvision their "last words" if they had only one moreopportunity to speak with students.
