Do you know where to find computer help?
- Students can visit the Student Help Desk located in ATHS, Room E204; dial ext. 7154 or send an e-mail. Student employees will assist you with everything from troubleshooting computer problems to resolving Internet connection issues. For more information, visit the Student Help Desk Web page.
- Employees can contact the ITS Help Desk by dialing ext. 7329 or by sending an e-mail. Help Desk staff can assist with computer problems, equipment loans, software requests and more. For additional information, visit the ITS Help Desk Web page.
- Employees, please help us keep GroupWise running efficiently by deleting any unneeded messages. Don't forget your Sent Items and Trash folders, which may be consuming a substantial amount of network file space if they contain messages with file attachments. Also, remember to check your e-mail quarantine reports to check that no valid messages have been quarantined. Faculty should be aware that e-mail from students who use external e-mail accounts such as Yahoo! or Hotmail could inadvertently be quarantined. Instructions for handling quarantined messages are available on the ITS Web site.
