Electronics Engineering Technology Student Earns ISA Scholarship

Michael R. Bloom, a sophomore electronics engineering technology student at Pennsylvania College of Technology, has earned the Central Keystone Section of the Instrumentation, Systems and Automation Society Scholarship.
The scholarship is awarded annually to a student entering his or her second year of study in electronics with an industrial process control emphasis. It is given to the student with the most potential.
Bloom of Orangeville participates in Penn College's student ISA chapter and its Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers student chapter. He tutors math in the college's Tutoring Center and is a Dean's List student.
ISA was founded in 1945 and is a leading global nonprofit organization that develops standards for automation, certifies industry professionals, provides education and training, and publishes books and technical articles.
