Wielding rakes, leaf bags and paint rollers, Penn College students descended upon the Williamsport YWCA for a Saturday afternoon of community service. The students organized by K. Dex Tuttle, assistant director for programming in the Student Activities Office raked and bagged leaves at the 815 W. Fourth St. facility and repainted traffic lines. A similar work detail helped out last month at the West End Community Center, and more "Civility Saturday" projects will be scheduled at area nonprofit agencies throughout the academic year.
