The Alumni Relations Office hosted a group of alumni business leaders on campus Thursday, offering many the first chance to see changes that have been made to the campus since their graduation.
The group included alumni from Pennsylvania College of Technology and both of its forerunners, Williamsport Area Community College and Williamsport Technical Institute.
The alumni were given a networking opportunity Wednesday evening with a dinner event, and on Thursday were given a general campus tour as well as a tour of an academic area of their choice.
The alumni all either owners, presidents, co-owners or partners in a business were also updated on alumni relations, progress on the Roger and Peggy Madigan Library, and recruitment opportunities offered by the college's Career Services department.
Barbara A. Danko, director of alumni relations, said it was the first event of its kind, and that she received positive feedback from alumni, many of whom were amazed at the changes to campus.
