Culinary arts and systems student and "You're the Chef" production coordinator Christine L. Faherty, Wantage, N.J., and Dean of Hospitality Frederick W. Becker offered expertise to children attending day camp Monday at Bruce E. Henry Park in Loyalsock Township. In honor of the camp's Hawaiian Week theme,Faherty made fruit smoothies for the children, with their help. She also talked about hospitality careers.
