Chef Paul to Offer 'Origin of Hibachi' in Library Courtyard

Malaysian satay and dipping sauces will be on the menu when Chef Paul E. Mach an assistant professor in Penn College's School of Hospitality offers the "Origin of Hibachi" at noon Friday, Sept. 24, in the courtyard outside the College Library:
