All faculty, staff and students are invited to attend the Penn College "Grand Welcome" at 9 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 15, on the ATHS Mall.
Remarks will be given by James Riedel, 2004-05 Student Government Association president; Chet Schuman, director of admissions; and Dr. Davie Jane Gilmour, Penn College president. The short welcome will culminate with the annual fireworks display. The "Grand Welcome" will be followed by Michael C. Anthony, hypnotist.
In the case of rain, the "Grand Welcome" and hypnotist show will begin at 9 p.m. in the ACC Auditorium. The fireworks display will be postponed until a later date.
