Personal Trainer Workshop to Be Offered April 3-4 at Penn College

Pennsylvania College of Technology and NDEITA, a nonprofit association for fitness professionals, are co-sponsoring a Personal Trainer Workshop at the College on April 3-4.
The workshop, which will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 3, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 4, will take place in Bardo Gymnasium on the College's main campus in Williamsport.
An expert trainer will provide demonstrations and address topics such as exercise science, communications skills, exercise programming, health and fitness assessments, and cardiovascular and strength-training equipment.
Included in the workshop registration are a written examination, two-year national certification and membership in NDEITA. The cost for the workshop is $329 ($299 for those who pre-register 30 days before the workshop). Space is limited; pre-registration is recommended. The workshop is designed for those with some fitness experience.
Founded in 1977, NDEITA has certified over 100,000 fitness professionals and has become recognized as a leader in the fitness industry.
