College Library Program to Explore Decorating With Spring Flowers

Friday, January 10, 2003

Faculty and students from Pennsylvania College of Technology's Floral Design/Interior Plantscape major will share their horticultural expertise in a program to be presented Tuesday, Jan. 21, at the College Library.

The event, which will be held from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., is free and open to the public.

Presenters will be Dennis Fink, assistant professor of horticulture; Christine A. Fink, florist; and students from the Floral Design/Interior Plantscape major in the School of Natural Resources Management at the College.

Their presentation will describe how to brighten up a home with spring flowers (even in winter) and how to grow and care for a spring bulb garden in the home.

The library is located in the Learning Resources Center on the main campus. For more information about the Penn College Library, call (570) 327-4523 or visit on the Web.
