Seventeen Penn College Fall Athletes Honored in Post-Season

Seventeen Pennsylvania College of Technology fall sports athletes have been given post-season awards. Ten received all-Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association (all-state) accolades and the other seven earned all-Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference honors.
Reaping all-PCAA awards were:
Golf Matt Haile (freshman/Shikellamy) and Christian Scheller (freshman/North Pocono).
Cross Country William Dillingham (freshman/Annville), Christine Seward (sophomore/Pottsville) and Megan Tomeo (freshman/Tionesta).
Women's Soccer Kim Kremer (sophomore/Mifflinburg), Katie Michura (sophomore/Central Mountain) and Heather Ebling (freshman/Wilson)
Baseball Mike Daciw (freshman/Sun Valley) and Andy Roth (freshman/Catasauqua).
Named all-EPCC were:
Golf Brandon Gosciminski (freshman/Southern Columbia).
Men's Soccer Jonas Pfleegor (freshman/Milton) and Derik Dressler (sophomore/West Snyder).
Cross Country Nate Sayre (freshman/Wellsboro) and Paul Merces (freshman/Seabright, N.J.).
Women's Soccer Melissa McKee (sophomore/Milton).
Women's Volleyball Amber Geckle (freshman/Indian Valley).
In golf, Haile finished second in the PCAA championships and Scheller was fourth. The Wildcats completed a 20-10 season under Coach Chet Schuman.
For the cross country team, Dillingham was the individual men's PCAA champion and Seward placed second in the women's division after taking top honors as a freshman. Mike Paulhamus coached the squad.
The women's soccer team, under Coach Dan Hibbs, posted an 8-2 record and won the EPCC championship for a second season in a row.
The men's soccer team, coached by Andy Richardson, finished 9-6; the baseball team, coached by Mike Stanzione, finished 9-15, and the women's volleyball squad, coached by Bambi Hawkins, ended 9-10.
