Promo released for ‘Clash of Trades’ episode filmed at Penn College

    The trailer for the “Clash of Trades: Welding League Edition” has been released, promoting the episode’s upcoming premiere.

    Project MFG’s National Welding League Championship was held in Pennsylvania College of Technology’s 55,000-square-foot welding facility in June, bringing to campus some of the best high school and trade school student-welders in the nation. A second competition, the Maritime National Championship, was conducted and filmed at the same time. (Penn College News’ report on the competitions can be viewed here.)

    The “Clash of Trades: Welding League Edition” is set to premiere at 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, on Project MFG’s YouTube channel. The maritime edition will premiere later in August. (Penn College News will share these as they are released.)

    Project MFG is an advocacy group focused on promoting, elevating and accelerating the trade workforce pipeline by informing future generations of the vast career opportunities within the skilled trades industry.
