The youngest members of the Penn College campus were enthusiastically greeted with waves and cheers as they participated in their annual Independence Day Parade on Tuesday.

Marching, skipping and rolling along the campus mall, the beloved tradition of the Dunham Children’s Learning Center was enjoyed by participants and onlookers alike. Also amplifying the red, white and blue procession was ideal summer weather.
