Newswatch 16 reporter Kristina Papa visited Penn College on Thursday, enhancing her story about back-to-school shopping. In an interview taped outside the Student & Administrative Services Center, recruitment director Joseph J. Balduino advised incoming students and families how to determine what to bring (along with some equally practical tips on what NOT to pack) when transitioning to a new campus "home."
