PSUAC Names Skylar Gingrich Week's Top Baseball Player

Skylar Gingrich Penn College junior Skylar Gingrich, of Lititz, was named the Penn State University Athletic Conference Baseball Player of the Week for theperiod ending March 20. Gingrich hit .417 (5 for 12) in a 5-1 week. He notched 10 RBIs and had two home runs. His slugging percentage for the week was 1.000 and he had a .650 on-base percentage. This is Gingrich's first PSUAC honor this season. He leads the team with a .444 batting average (8 for 18) with two home runs and three doubles. Next up, Gingrich and the Wildcats will host their first conference gameat 2 p.m.Saturday against Penn State Wilkes-Barre.
