Chef's Visit a 'Major' Hit With Chocolate Lovers

    Chef Suzann L. Major sweetens Valentine's Day for students Sampling chocolate-covered treats Chef Suzann L. Major, a First Year Experience mentor and assistant professor in the School of Hospitality, presented "Valentine's Day Chocolates and Cookies" at Rose Street Apartments on Sunday night. Twenty-eight FYE students attended, makingchocolate-covered strawberries and a chocolate bowl with chocolate mousse and decorating sugar cookies with chocolate. Chef Major brought six of her students to assist with the program, which along with the chocolate creations was termed a "major" hit.
