It excites me to help our patients to develop new lives and help them to have brighter futures. It is exciting to also develop our staff members from newly hired techs to possible positions in supervisory and other leadership roles.

The care and concern for the people we serve. The patients are not just a commodity to meet a financial end. The true culture/mission is to save people's lives and move them forward in a better direction.

Our assistant clinical director is an adjunct professor at Penn College and he was our first-line connection. This led to recruiting students/graduates to work at our facility in various capacities such as counselors and nurses.

Penn College is a sound investment. The graduates we have hired have been well-trained people who have been excellent employees for our organization. This investment has saved us time and money in recruitment costs.

The qualities valued most when recruiting Penn College students and alumni are the sound education the college provides as well as the strong work ethic that seems to be instilled within the students.

The advice I would share with high school students considering Penn College is you do not have to go to a large, high-cost institution in order to get a quality education. Penn College is right in your backyard and provides everything you need to succeed in your future career.
