"PPL Electric Utilities is proud to be a long-time partner of Penn College. Our work together has benefited middle and high school students, college students, and incumbent workers who seek to enhance their skills. Over the years, PPL has invested in Penn College Dual Enrollment, The Dr. Welch Workshop: a Makerspace at Penn College, and Workforce Development training. PPL Electric Utilities is an outstanding company for individuals who want to be innovative.
