As a corporate tomorrow maker, we feel that we can provide a deeper understanding to faculty, staff, and students about what technologies are propelling the construction industry today as well as be introduced to the students who would be a good fit for our culture and environment.

Penn College students are provided a wide array of learning experiences from hands-on to technology that you do not often see today. We feel that the students have the right background and foundation to do well in the construction industry.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU SHARE WITH HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS (AND PARENTS) WHO ARE CONSIDERING PENN COLLEGE?
I would say look at the track record of alumni and how the school is setting your students up for success post-graduation. We feel that Penn College exposes students to a multitude of career options within their field and gives them the best chance to find the right fit for them long term.
WHAT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE PENN COLLEGE STUDENTS TO BEST PREPARE THEM TO JOIN YOUR TEAM?
Do multiple internships in different fields within your area of study. You will get exposed to many different facets of construction and hopefully find the one area you really like or be able to realize there's an area which isn't for you.
