When First Commonwealth Bank moved into the area in 2019, we began searching for local colleges to build relationships with. Although connections were held up during the pandemic, we were able to finally connect in 2023, and begin attending events and learning more about the offerings for students at Penn College.

As our industry moves to more remote capability, we often are searching for those who have a major in IT course studies. Even though we are based in Indiana, Pa, these remote capabilities expand our workforce. So far, we are still in the beginning stages of connecting with Penn College, but spoke with many talented individuals at the most recent event we attended.
