David is senior vice president of Original Traders Energy USA, a privately owned business operating in the U.S. and Canada in oil and gas. After almost 20 years in various sales and management positions at Shell Oil, he took on the senior vice president and owner-partner position with OTE, basing his U.S. operations in his "new hometown" of East Lansing, Mich. In photo, David enjoys being father of the bride for the first of potentially four times in September 2021 at the wedding of his oldest daughter.

The city's safety committee won the Best Safety Innovation Award in 2018 and 2019 from the Solid Waste Association of North America and department's safety programs were recognized as most improved by the American Public Works Association. She also received an associate degree in technology studies from Penn College in 1990 and a Master of Science in safety, security and emergency management from Eastern Kentucky University in 2010 and resides in Alexandria.
