Over the next 24 years, he held several management positions, and retired with the title functional manager of all equipment maintenance for the Endicott plant, supervising five project managers, 24 first-line managers and 400 technicians. He has been retired for 30 years living in Melbourne, Fla., with his wife of 59 years. "After four years in the Air Force I attended Williamsport Technical Institute, which ... gave me the knowledge and motivation to pursue this challenging technical and rewarding career," he says.
