Inside the IT Service Desk

Most commonly, student employees can:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with passwords and multifactor authentication (MFA)
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
  • Resolve Internet connection issues (wired and wireless)
  • Install anti-virus and anti-spyware software
  • Identify causes of computer slowness and frequent errors
  • Answer general computer questions
