Located in LEC B1032, the IT Service Desk assists Penn College students, faculty, and staff with a variety of computer issues.

Most commonly, student employees can:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with passwords and multifactor authentication (MFA)
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Resolve Internet connection issues (wired and wireless)
- Install anti-virus and anti-spyware software
- Identify causes of computer slowness and frequent errors
- Answer general computer questions
