WHAT EXCITES YOU ABOUT THE INDUSTRY YOU SERVE?
The BOP is a federal law enforcement agency with almost endless career opportunities nationwide. There is great satisfaction in servicing the public in one of the premier correctional agencies in the world. As federal law enforcement employees, staff can retire with a full law enforcement pension at age 50 with 20 years of service or anytime with 25 years of service. The same benefit which staff have while in service of our nation, they can also carry into retirement.

The BOP is always striving towards excellence and innovation. FCC Allenwood, in particular, is often called upon to pilot new missions and programs to test before implementation agency wide.
