We are the leading perforator in the U.S. Serving many different industries, we make products for customers in industries such as oil and gas, power generation, agriculture, automotive, and HVAC. With a diverse customer base, we get to see new and different products every day.

WHAT DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST ABOUT YOUR COMPANY'S CULTURE/MISSION?

Being family owned for nearly 100 years prior, our culture is grounded in the family nature of our business. HOW DID YOUR COMPANY FIRST CONNECT WITH PENN COLLEGE?

We've attended multiple career fairs and employ a Penn College alumni as a toolmaker in our machine shop.

WHY DO YOU BELIEVE PENN COLLEGE IS A SOUND INVESTMENT? WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR RETURN?

The Penn College alumnus on our staff is among the best machinists in our facility and the quality interactions we've had with students at career fairs has showed us that Penn College teaches highly capable students with strong skillsets.

WHAT QUALITITES DO YOU VALUE MOST WHEN RECRUITING PENN COLLEGE STUDENTS AND ALUMNI?

We value knowledge of equipment and manufacturing processes, the ability to read and understand prints, and the ability to be given a task and think freely to get the job done correctly and efficiently.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU SHARE WITH HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO ARE CONSIDERING PENN COLLEGE?

I recommend touring campus and meeting students and faculty to get first-hand feedback on the facilities and education Penn College provides.
