Strolling Lab Tour - Innovation & Appetizers

Join fellow alumni for a unique lab tour experience! During this event, you'll explore three cutting-edge program labs on campus. Faculty and staff will be on hand to answer questions and showcase the exciting work happening in each lab. Enjoy delicious food from Le Jeune Chef Restaurant throughout the evening.

Tour Schedule:

• 4:30-5:00 PM: Gene Haas Center for Innovative Manufacturing (Light hors d'oeuvres - Johnny Cakes with Pork Belly & Corn Relish)
• 5:15-5:45 PM: Physician Assistant Lab (Heavy hors d'oeuvres - House-Made Gnocchi with LJC Harvest Vegetables) 
• 6:00-6:30 PM: Le Jeune Chef Restaurant (Dessert - Key Lime Tartlets, Mixed Berry Phyllo Cups & Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes) *Cash bar will be available.
