Electrical Contractor Business Management

Fundamentals of planning, scheduling, managing an electrical business for the contractor, with emphasis on small business principles to complete projects on time and within budget. Components of Ethics, Accounting, Finance, Business & Human Resource Management and applicable software will be explored. Also included is an examination of construction management practices as applied by the electrical contractor, including the interrelationship between architects, sub-contractors, and others in the labor force.
