The Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the hardware for local area networks will be presented with an emphasis on the hands-on, practical experiences needed to service enterprise computing systems used in industry. Network topologies, protocols, cabling systems, and system fault tolerance and diagnosis will be covered at a level needed for the technician to become competent in network operation and maintenance.
