Definition of data structures and procedures used in the synthesis of geographic and non-geographic data to provide decision makers with options for civil engineering projects upon which to make the best possible choices. Covers project definition, data organization and capture, and use of query languages to generate project outcomes. Introduction to basic photogrammetry using small unmanned aerial systems and reality modeling software. Spring Only.
