Study and analysis of terrorism, civil war and genocide. Course includes case studies of specific examples of each phenomenon and an examination of the causes and consequences of these types of conflict. Course includes sensitive and explicitly violent material and substantive writing assignments over the course of the semester. (Writing Enriched ) As needed.
