Introduction to Army doctrine and team development. Emphasis on writing skills and presenting information briefings for officer candidates. Cadets receive systematic and specific feedback on their leader attributes, values, and core leader competencies from the instructor, other Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) cadre, and MSL IV Cadets using DA Form 4856 Developmental Counseling Form. (formerly MLS204)
