Focus on a systematic approach to creativity and developing an understanding of how to generate, through critical thinking, and communicate innovative ideas in any field. Attention will be paid to the clarity of professional writing, expressiveness of creative writing, and development of authentic writing that encourage innovators to explore and translate benefits of technical and specialized ideas to aspects of business and society. Coursework involves evaluating the meaningful uniqueness of ideas through creating stimulus; diversity; data mining for technology; and economic, social, and cultural trends. Thus, transitioning ideas from drawing board to a competent good, service, or concept that appeals to social and cultural contexts as seen by the innovative individuals in any field. As needed.
