Basics of AC and DC circuits, the use of electrical meters, reading electrical diagrams, electrical distribution systems in residential and commercial buildings and the installation of electrical equipment. Sections of the National Electrical Code are also studied. Hands-on work is carried out in the lab portion of the course.
