The introduction to basic personal computer hardware, the operating system, the OSI, TCP/IP models, local area networks, basic network security and Program Logic Controller network interfacing. The essential principles of installation and configuration of both local area networks and Program Logic Controller interfacing on a local area network will be the focus of this course.
