Pam Dincher

Pam is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Clean Energy Center at Penn College. She is responsible for overall direction and leadership of the Clean Energy Center’s business development, outreach, and information system capacities to meet emerging clean energy sector workforce needs. With a career spanning 20 years, she has consistently demonstrated a passion for innovation and a commitment to driving positive change. Pam is especially proud of her team’s involvement in launching groundbreaking projects that are at the forefront of building tomorrow’s clean energy workforce. Pam holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Kennesaw State University; her areas of expertise include marketing strategy, business development, and product management.

When Pam isn’t working, you can find her exploring the outdoors with her family, preferably near a body of water.
