• Are a first generation college student
• Have a 3.0 high school GPA
• Enrolled full-time
• Be a first-year student

• Are from one of the following counties: Adams, York, Lancaster, Berks, Lebanon, Dauphin, Perry, Cumberland, Franklin. Second preference is a student who meets all of the criteria from any county in PA.
