The IRS will provide you with a free Tax Return Transcript or Verification of Non-filing Letter. To request either document, go to www.irs.gov.
- Follow the instructions carefully to order your Tax Return Transcript or Verification of Non-filing Letter.
- Please sign and date your Tax Return Transcript or Verification of Non-filing Letter before forwarding it to the Financial Aid Office.
- Add student's full name and Penn College Student ID# at the top of the document.
