Private arrangements are pending for Michael Tyson, a longtime member of the mathematics faculty at Williamsport Area Community College and Pennsylvania College of Technology, who died July 17, 2023, at his home in Fountain Hills, Arizona. A full obituary for the former assistant professor, who was employed from Sept. 1, 1967, until his retirement on Dec. 19, 2003, was published in Tuesday's Williamsport Sun-Gazette.
