"Pennsylvania Forests: Two Hundred Years of Changes" is the topic of an upcoming Pennsylvania College of Technology Professional Development Colloquium. Jim Nelson, former director of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Forestry, will offer a slide presentation and discussion on the topic, Tuesday, Jan. 19, at 7 p.m., in the College's Professional Development Center .
