Penn College faculty and staff are reminded that the Employee Assistance Program has resources that may be somewhat useful to flood victims. The Nathaniel Project, a program designed to assist Penn College students who have questions or concerns about the use of alcohol and other drugs, offers the following questionnaire* to help students determine their level of danger: Is your personality different when you drink or do drugs? A Penn College student was killed in an automobile accident early Saturday. Tommy E. Welsh Jr., 20, of East Berlin, died from injuries suffered in a one-car accident about 3 a.m. on Big Mount Road in Jackson Township, York County. He was a Landscape/Nursery Technology student in the School of Natural Resources Management and resided in off-campus housing.
