Construction management students from Pennsylvania College of Technology returned April 28 from another fine showing at the Associated Builders and Contractors Student Chapter Construction Management Competition, held again this year in San Antonio. The team placed second overall for the second year in a row, and also finished second in Project Management and third in Safety.
