Pennsylvania College of Technology has hired Jason K. Bogle as director of construction projects/construction manager. Bogle comes to Penn College from Lobar Inc., Dillsburg, where he had been a construction project manager since 2007. A Penn College alumnus, Bogle earned an associate degree in civil engineering technology in 2006.
