Pastry Students' Final Project Stylishly Says 'Thank You' to Donors

Students in Chef Monica J. Lanczak’s Pastry Food Show and Buffet Presentation Concepts class presented their final project as baking and pastry arts students – a Grand Pastry Buffet – on Sunday. The buffet planning and execution encompasses all the skills the students have encountered  in pursuit of their associate degrees in baking and pastry arts and creates a beautiful, mouthwatering backdrop for an Institutional Advancement donor recognition event.
