New and Returning Student Housing Contract Information
On-campus housing is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For more specific information, select when you will begin taking classes:

2008-2009 New Student On-Campus Housing Contract
The Housing Contract for New and Transfer students starting at Penn College in the Fall of 2008 are available. Students who have been accepted to the College and have paid the $100 tuition deposit may complete a housing contract through the Student Information System (SIS).
Meningitis Vaccine
Students living on campus will be asked during housing check-in to sign a document verifying that they have received the meningitis vaccine.
