Maintenance technicians are increasingly required to not only understand, but have a mastery of diverse skills to troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain production machinery. Combining electrical, mechanical, fluid power and programming competencies, mechatronics training meets the needs of any company. The mechatronics program at Penn College is a complete yet customizable training curriculum. With a state-of-the-art lab and portable trainers, these courses can be delivered on campus or at your location.
The Penn College mechatronics program is competency based and can be delivered in an apprenticeship model meeting U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) and Pennsylvania Apprenticeship and Training Council standards, or as a stand-alone training. Industry recognized PMMI credentials are available in each of the four standardized competency groupings.
